Biography

I am an Arizona native with a wonderful wife and two great sons. I grew up in Tempe and my freshman semester at ASU was in Fall of 93, and was thrilled to return to this awesome University. I started my IT career deploying station controllers at Intel's FAB 12 plant down in South Chandler/Ocotillo in 1997 and have done everything from building data centers at Avnet, to supporting Bridgestone-Firestone at Inacom, and even setting up help desks at Integrated Information Services. I joined WPC in 2004 as part of the Online MBA support team, and helped evolve and grow that group into the W. P. Carey Support team of today.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate the operations of the W. P. Carey Support team
  2. Provide technical support for WPC Faculty, Staff, and Graduate students over email and phone
  3. Serve as the single point of contact for when customers aren't sure where to get help for any need
  4. Keep the W. P. Carey School informed of planned, and unplanned, situations that affect the school as a whole
  5. Create knowledge documents to help customers assist themselves at their own convenience
