Coffee, Tea, and ChatGPT
Bringing people together to learn and share has proven to be transformative at W. P. Carey. Our hands-on Coffee, Tea, and ChatGPT event series fosters collaboration among faculty, staff, and guest speakers on the impact of generative AI in education.
Rotating through the school's academic departments, each event sparks conversations on teaching and learning innovations and draws participation from across W. P. Carey, other ASU units, and the Office of the University Provost. The overall success of this series has inspired similar programming at other institutions.
Resources for faculty
The school maintains a range of resources and offers regular training events to champion our faculty as they champion our students. From technology assistance to collaborative workshops, advice on classroom challenges, and more, W. P. Carey faculty have dedicated access to relevant tools and support options.
Leaders Alliance
Connecting associate deans and other business school leaders to facilitate collaboration across the globe, the Teaching and Learning Leaders Alliance was created in 2019 and participants in the group have presented at several AACSB conferences together. Senior leaders from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois, the Ivey Business School, USC's Marshall School of Business, and several other top business schools from around the world have attended these monthly convenings.

Learning experiences
Entrepreneurship and innovation are key to our curriculum and how we deliver it. We bring learning to life through experiences that intentionally engage, challenge, and inspire. From virtual reality simulations to AI-enhanced learning environments, our classrooms are dynamic spaces where students from all walks of life can thrive.
"Simulations turn theory into experience, making learning a dynamic journey where mistakes become stepping stones to understanding."
