Teaching Agenda

My teaching agenda is heavily influenced by my working experience. IT is an interdisciplinary field where the components of people, process, project, and technology all need to work together to produce a good quality product. My teaching agenda is twofold:

1. Helping students gain a strong foundation of IT hard skills in terms of business process analysis and design, project management, and technology.

2. Preparing our students with the proper soft skills and correct mindset so they can build strong partnership with their users for greater synergy and alignment.

Hard skills and soft skills need to work together hand in hand to achieve the best result.
