Glen Wetzel

Glen Wetzel began working in the IT industry in 1990, and has worked at the W. P. Carey School of Business for the last eighteen years. He is the manager of Escalated Support Services, a group of technicians that provide second tier hardware and software support to WPC faculty and staff. His focus is on ensuring that he and his team provide superior technical support with exemplary customer service. He enjoys the camaraderie that working at ASU and especially the School of Business provides, and counts the relationships that he has with his customers as the most rewarding part of his position.
