Research Interests
My research interests center on three broad areas of organizational behavior: (1) The functioning and effectiveness of small groups and teams, (2) job performance behaviors involving citizenship, voice, and adaptability, and (3) the influence of engagement and stress on employee effectiveness and well-being.
