Master's programs

Today’s ethical and responsible leaders must be effective team builders, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and have extensive experience in guiding collaborative teams. Our department is committed to developing such leaders, and offers multiple pathways for students to pursue at the graduate level.

Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MS-EI)

Designed for new age leaders, the MS-EI program is a studio-based experience where students become entrepreneurs on day one. A variety of electives and an applied curriculum prepare students for success leading their own ventures and leading innovation within organizations. You'll join a founding team, learn in a failure-friendly environment, and benefit from both academic rigor and experiential learning guided by industry coaches.

MBA concentrations

The W. P. Carey Department of Management and Entrepreneurship offers two Full-time MBA concentrations to add significant depth to your degree:

• The concentration in consulting will develop both the hard and soft skills required to provide objective advice and assistance to a client organization around its strategy, information technology, financial resources, talent and human resources, and operations.
• The entrepreneurship concentration will put you in the shoes of an entrepreneur, deepens your critical thinking and experiential learning, and teaches you to make decisions in real time and with limited information.

The department also offers Evening MBA and Online MBA concentrations in entrepreneurship, providing different avenues for advancement to working professionals at various stages of life and career.
