Message from the chair

Welcome to the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship!

Our Department comprises a unique set of scholars and practitioners focused on the core tenet of business that people are the most important resource of any organization. Our faculty teach and do research in diverse areas such as Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, and Strategic Management, but the unifying element is people.

Our Department has 5 undergraduate majors and contributes to all our graduate programs, including a robust doctoral program. Our faculty have won numerous awards for their innovative and impactful teaching.

Finally, our scholars produce knowledge in many areas, and the Department is consistently ranked in the Top 5 most productive with regard to academic research.
