Supply chain degree programs
Why study supply chain management? In the past century, the goal of a successful business has evolved beyond simply making a product and selling it locally. Companies, both manufacturing and service, must create and add value to their product or service to remain profitable and competitive. Supply chain management education influences all facets of a business and daily life.
Undergraduate degrees
The W. P. Carey School of Business offers 30+ undergraduate business degrees, including options in supply chain management and logistics. There are a number of related scholarships and student organizations available.
Master’s and MBA programs
Develop specialized supply chain expertise and give yourself a competitive edge in the job market. In addition to our master’s degree offerings, multiple W. P. Carey MBA programs offer a concentration in supply chain management.
The W. P. Carey Certificate in Foundations of Supply Chain Management is offered both as a standalone opportunity and as a pathway to the MS-SCM program. Students have the option to apply the credential toward the master’s degree.
PhD program
The department offers a rigorous supply chain management PhD program, designed to be completed within five years. Students work with faculty members in one of the areas of excellence within SCM — including health sector supply chain management, logistics management, operations management, supply chain networks and complexity, supply chain sustainability, and supply management.
DBA program
The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in supply chain management program is designed to enhance your organization's success through practice-based research. Students continue to work while they learn, developing the skills to lead supply chain teams and implement transformative changes in global practices. Join us to gain advanced supply chain knowledge combined with research methods.

The Department of Supply Chain Management places a high value on industry partnerships. By collaborating with companies both large and small, the department shares new findings with the industry and supply chain managers to solve current challenges. Our faculty also provide specialized courses and continuing education to further supply chain proficiency across the business enterprise.
