In line with the university’s decision to move commencement and convocation to online, virtual ceremonies, the W. P. Carey convocation ceremony will take place May 11, 2020 at 9 a.m. MST* on YouTube.

Watch the W. P. Carey convocation ceremony live on Monday, May 11.

While this convocation will look different than ones we have in the past, it is still fundamentally about celebrating the fantastic accomplishments of our graduating students. We are proud of you!

Check back frequently for the latest information as we continue to expand the celebration.

*Remember, Arizona does not participate in daylight saving time. During this time of the year, we align with Pacific time.

Keep the celebration going

Six weeks after convocation, you will receive your diploma in the mail. Get your frame ready!

Share your cap and gown photos, grad pics, and unique mortarboard decorations and let us celebrate your accomplishment with you on social media or send your pictures and information to wpcsocial@asu.edu. Use the hashtag #wpcgraduation.

You have the option of participating in a future in-person ceremony in addition to this virtual celebration. You will have automatic access to the RSVP system for the December 2020 or May 2021 ceremonies via My ASU.

Mark your calendars: RSVP links will open on My ASU in October 2020 for December 2020 ceremonies, and in March 2021 for May 2021 ceremonies. Special interest convocations will also be held in December 2020 and in May 2021.
