Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation
The MRED curriculum has been approved by CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) for their Fast Track University Program. The CCIM designation is not required, but CCIMs have been recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. The CCIM designation represents proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation. Although not required, the CCIM designation is perceived as highly valuable in the commercial real estate industry.
