The Master of Science in Finance (MS-FIN) from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University delivers a leading-edge finance curriculum with two academic tracks to help you align your degree with your career goals. Join us to prepare for a range of career opportunities, including corporate finance, risk management, asset management, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking, and consulting.

As a STEM-designated program, eligible MS-FIN graduates on student visas may have access to an Optional Practical Training (OPT) extension for up to 36 months. The longer work authorization can help international students acquire valuable job skills and work experience in the U.S. that can be applied anywhere in the world.

The W. P. Carey School is a member of the CFA Institute University Affiliation Program, meaning the MS-FIN will prepare you to sit for the CFA Level I exam. And by emphasizing corporate finance and investments or analytical methods, you can choose the MS-FIN that suits your strengths and goals. Additionally, the third semester extended course of study in the analytical methods track aligns with corporate recruiting cycles in the financial services industry.
