Stephanie joined Arizona State University in January 2017 as an Academic Success Specialist. In her role, she meets with current students pursuing their undergraduate degrees, and works one-on-one with students to overcome personal and academic challenges to progress toward graduation. She participates in many on-campus activities and committees, such as: Freshman Orientation, Freshman Welcome, Camp Carey, Senior Celebration, Transfer Student Workshops, Convocation, W.P. Carey Scholarship Review Committee, McCord Scholarship Review Committee, ASU Council of Academic Advisors, ASU's Commission on the Status of Women Professional Development Program, and she also teaches WPC 101, a Freshman Orientation course, in the Fall.

Prior to her employment at ASU, Stephanie worked in Social Services for the non-profit organization, the Hope Through Housing Foundation. Here she was responsible for connecting individuals living in low-income and 55+ housing with various resources and educational opportunities to improve their health and well-being and increase their opportunities for advancing beyond low-income housing.

Previous to working in Social Services, Stephanie worked in Higher Education at Ashford University in the Admissions Department and Student Retention Department.

Stephanie is originally from the Midwest and personally enjoys CUBS Baseball, traveling, trying out new restaurants, working/volunteering with animals, and spending time with her husband and two dogs!
