Jack Zwingli

An accomplished business leader with extensive management and
entrepreneurial experience in corporate governance, executive
compensation and financial services. Jack has been CEO of a number of
successful entrepreneurial companies. These include The Vantra Group,
Audit Integrity, GMI Ratings and the executive compensation data and
analytics firm Incentive Lab. He is a well-known thought leader on
corporate governance, executive compensation and accounting integrity,
with numerous writing and speaking credits. 

Jack most recently led the ISS Incentive Lab business, an innovator
in executive compensation data and analytics. As CEO of Incentive Lab,
acquired by corporate governance leader Institutional Shareholder
Services (ISS), Jack helped establish the company as a provider of
ground-breaking new services, based on market-leading data and
advanced quantitative analytical tools. 

Jack is a veteran of the corporate governance market, notably as CEO
of GMI Ratings, where he led the merger of three independent research
businesses into a global governance leader, and as CEO of one of
GMI’s predecessor firms, Audit Integrity, where he was a
well-known proponent of sound accounting and governance practices. 

On the corporate side, Jack managed Standard & Poor’s
institutional and retail investor divisions, as the senior executive
responsible for an extensive global organization which included
several well-known businesses including Compustat and the S&P
Index group. He also held key management positions for Moody’s
Investors Service and Dun & Bradstreet.

Jack received his B.S. degree in Marketing from the Indiana
University Kelley School of Business and an MBA from Rutgers University.
