Biography

He was formerly a Research Associate with the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Centre (CIMMYT), working in the Cereal Systems Initiative for South Asia (CSISA) and being based in New Delhi, India. Alwin has completed his M.Phil. in economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has research experiences from Integrated Research for Action and Development (IRADe), Centre for Civil Society (CCS), and International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI).
