Karla Lee is a Program Manager for four Specialized Master’s programs within the W. P. Carey School of Business Graduate Programs Office. She recruits, trains, manages, and develops professional student services staff and student workers, while overseeing the student life cycle process, collaborating with all stakeholders, and managing multiple program budgets. Karla also volunteers as Chair of the W. P. Carey Graduate Programs Office Staff Engagement Committee, directing multiple fun events for 70+ colleagues. Additionally, she has been a member of the ASU Staff Council since 2014.

Karla is originally from Northern California and moved to Arizona in 2013 to work specifically at ASU after spending a couple years in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining the W. P. Carey School of Business, Karla managed education centers and competitive gymnastics facilities in Silicon Valley for over 10 years, where she trained and developed staff and helped students reach their goals. She holds a BA in Education and an MA in Psychology. Karla loves sunshine, wearing flip-flops, and playing with her super energetic puppy!
