Research Interests
My research focuses on behavioral, cultural, environmental, and learning related aspects of strategic decision making, including how these factors influence firm performance. As such, I examine issues related to executive compensation, CEO hubris, the capital allocation process, supply chain performance as well as issues related to managerial risk taking in organizations.
