Board Immersion Program
Led by an elite faculty, the Board Immersion Program is an immersive experience for both current and future directors. In an intimate peer-to-peer learning environment, participants explore in real time current board issues and dynamics that will help accelerate their performance in the boardroom. Offered in a dynamic in-person format at ASU’s Tempe campus, the program blends expert instruction, peer collaboration, and real-world governance insights.
Program details
The Board Immersion Program is an intensive executive education experience designed to equip current and future directors with the knowledge, tools, and network necessary to excel in board roles. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and facilitated discussions, participants explore critical governance topics including fiduciary responsibilities of board members, risk oversight, strategy, and financial stewardship.

The first day of the program will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., followed by a reception and group dinner hosted from 5:30 to 9 p.m. The second day of the program runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
