Program details

The AZNext Google IT Support Certificate is offered 100% online. You'll work through six ASU Universal Learner courses that leverage the Google IT Support curriculum as well as supplementary industry material. We aim to give you the best preparation possible to begin a career in information technology.

  • CIS 194: Computer Networking in Organizations
  • CIS 194: Operating Systems Management for Business
  • CIS 294: System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services
  • CIS 394: Introduction to IT Security in an Organization

Who is this program for?

The IT support certification is designed for undergraduate students and working professionals interested in an industry-recognized certificate and pursuing a bachelor’s or higher-level degree. As part of ASU's Universal Learner program, AZNext participants who complete their no-cost certification program will have the option to pay a fee to convert their certificate to college credits that stack directly into degree programs within the W. P. Carey School of Business.

AZNext Google IT Support Certificate program participants acquire hands-on skills that are in high demand within the IT sector. This IT certification emphasizes gaining knowledge in setting up and troubleshooting computer systems. You'll have the necessary skills to be a competent technology professional and pursue a range of entry-level tech support roles.

Graduates of the AZNext Google IT Support Certificate program receive a co-branded professional certificate from ASU and Google. Participants also have access to Google's employer consortium, giving you the opportunity to get your foot in the door with over 150 top employers.

You'll have the skills to pursue a career in IT support, which is the doorway to higher-level IT jobs.
