Program details
Year Up United is a nonprofit organization that partners with AZNext to provide job training for college students through the Career Connect program. This program is designed to help you build valuable job skills that employers want, grow your confidence, and expand your professional network.
Over six weeks, the Career Connect program prepares you for internships and full-time career opportunities. You'll participate in virtual, interactive workshops covering career readiness topics, including:
- Confidence
- Growth mindset
- Motivation
- Personal branding
These workshops are held at different times during the week so that you can join even with a busy schedule.
You'll join a strong online community where you can connect with other students and program leaders to share your progress. Additionally, you'll gain access to an online learning hub with helpful career tools, resources, and challenges. After the program ends, you can take advantage of eight more weeks of supplemental career skills development.

You must first submit an AZNext form, which will provide you with instructions for the Year Up United application process.
Once you have been accepted into the Career Connect program, you'll receive additional information to complete enrollment. Make sure to watch the onboarding video and register for a kickoff session before the deadline.
