Morrison School of Agribusiness

Accounting for more than 50 percent of the global economy and employing 25 percent of Americans, agribusiness brings food from the farm to the global table.

The Morrison School of Agribusiness at ASU’s W. P. Carey School of Business will prepare you to lead in this competitive, sophisticated and global industry and will give you an advantage in understanding its unique challenges and practices. Agribusiness is the largest export industry in the U.S. economy, one that continues to expand in areas like alternative-fuel creation, bio-and nano-technologies, social marketing, and the emerging markets of Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Degrees and Programs

Featuring experiential learning and a core business curriculum, our innovative and wide-reaching concentrations in global agribusiness and food industry management bring undergraduate students to the forefront of one of the largest and most important sectors of the global economy.

A Ph.D. with a concentration in agribusiness produces scholars who are trained in the latest methods of business and economic analysis and who can apply these methods to critical research problems faced by firms in the agribusiness industry, preparing researchers and professionals alike for academic positions at institutions and universities.
