A resume serves as one of a variety of personal branding tools in your career planning toolkit. In business school recruiting, it is common for schools to use one format for all resumes as it allows recruiters to find information quickly and easily make comparisons on qualifications. W. P. Carey provides resume templates and guidance for current students.
