He earned his MBA at University of California Berkeley, MS Electrical Engineering at University of Arizona, and Electrical Engineering at University of Illinois.

Eric Gruber has 40 years’ experience in CEO, CFO, COO, and CDO roles within Seniors Housing. Before Acanthus, he was the Co-Founder of a top management company operator, Cadence Living, where he continued growing his “new build” development portfolio to nearly $1 Billion of Class A communities across the United States. He holds degrees in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University.
