Business Academy

This program is designed for undergraduate learners outside the W. P. Carey School of Business who want to build a strong foundation in business while pursuing a non-business major. This modality develops essential business language, frameworks, and analytical skills — preparing learners to stand out across a wide range of industries and career paths.

Learners can build their experience by selecting individual courses based on their interests, schedule, and career goals. To support this flexibility, courses are also organized into recommended groupings. These groupings highlight key knowledge areas and serve as a guide for learners exploring a specific topic.

Learners may choose to follow a suggested grouping for a more structured experience or select individual courses across areas to create a personalized path — no prior business experience is required. Learners will receive a digital badge for each course they successfully complete.
