The NextGen Directors Program is an intensive executive education experience designed to equip senior executives with the knowledge, tools, and network necessary to excel in board roles. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and facilitated discussions, participants explore critical governance topics including fiduciary responsibilities of board members, risk oversight, strategy, and financial stewardship.

The first day of the program will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., followed by a reception and group dinner hosted from 5:30 to 9 p.m. The second day of the program runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
