This W. P. Carey Executive Education program uses a highly engaging, personalized approach to develop the leadership skills required for career advancement and relationship building. Your emotional intelligence level (EQ) will likely determine your ability to continue to grow and succeed in your career. In short, to be a valued leader, your EQ is more important than your IQ.

Program details

This intensive program will introduce you to emotional intelligence for business — what it is and why it is important. We will break emotional intelligence down into its key components and teach a number of learnable skills that will drive your EQ growth. Finally, you will build an action plan for targeted EI skills.

Learners have the opportunity to attend this course as a two-day intensive program, with a built-in networking reception. Expect to emerge with relevant connections, critical career skills, and new ways of thinking. The cost of the program includes continental breakfast and lunch, provided daily. Parking will be validated for all participants.
