Geoff Pofahl

Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Information Systems

Geoff is a Clinical Assistant Professor who brings significant industry experience to the classroom in the areas of Data Science and Machine Learning. His industry experience included leadership roles at two small, fast-paced, software companies serving the retail price optimization space as well as several years as a Senior/Principal Data Scientist with IBM. Prior to his work in industry, Geoff taught various analytics and Applied Econometrics courses at both ASU and Michigan State University. He received his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University with special emphasis in the areas of Applied Econometrics and Industrial Organization.
