During live instructor-led sessions via Zoom, you'll gain hands-on experience in platform overview, Flow Designer, subscription licenses, Gen AI, reporting, performance analytics, and automated test frameworks. You'll also have access to office hour sessions.

What will I learn?
Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on exercises, AZNext ServiceNow training course participants will learn platform administration, IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts, ServiceNow platform implementation and requirement-gathering best practices, and additional guidance for successful processes surrounding a ServiceNow implementation.
Graduates will have the problem-solving skills and abilities to create and manage reports and dashboards, troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow performance, and develop and execute automated tests for ServiceNow applications. They will be eligible to take the ServiceNow CSA associate-level certification exam.
