School of AccountancySchool of Accountancy Announces Plans for Accounting Scholars Program Commencing Fall 2010The School of Accountancy is launching the Accounting Scholars Program, a new integrated, undergraduate-graduate degree program which will allow Accountancy students to complete a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree in five years. To be eligible, students must be W. P.Carey Accountancy majors who have completed a minimum of 72 credit hours of coursework and earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 and a minimim major (ACC) GPA of 3.50. The 72 hours must include at least six hours of accounting courses at the 300- level or higher taken in the School of Accountancy. Applications for fall 2010 will be accepted in November 2009.
