Concurrent Degrees

There are many ways to personalize your W. P. Carey degree. Many students choose to pursue concurrent degrees within the W. P. Carey School because it makes sense for their degree and it maximizes the overall value of their education.

Love marketing but see the need to explore sustainability? Want to combine law and economics? Concurrent degrees let you expand your business knowledge and make you more competitive for job opportunities.

Students also have options to select concurrent degrees outside of the school of business with another degree program at ASU. You may have an interest in combining your business education with the sciences, education, engineering, or liberal arts; there are over 250 majors at ASU to consider and multiple combinations to consider.

Once you have begun your initial declared major, you may add an additional major within the school of business or another degree program at ASU – whichever one suits your goals or interests.

Additional coursework is required for concurrent degrees, work with your academic advisor on the options to understand the program requirements. Students commonly learn through their core business courses that they have a newfound passion for a field of study in business other than their major.
