Technology Strategy and Operations

The Technology Strategy and Operations (TSO) team supports the faculty, staff, and students of W. P. Carey with a wide range of technical expertise and services. Use the navigation above to learn more or get help with a specific topic.

In support of the school, the TSO team:

  • Ensures all W. P. Carey faculty and staff are provided computing equipment needed to be successful in their job
  • Partners with the facilities team to troubleshoot any issues experienced in W. P. Carey classrooms
  • Supports faculty in the design and development of multimedia content for classes
  • Develops reporting and analytics on everything from alumni and current course information to employment reporting
  • Troubleshoots technical and computing issues ranging from laptop issues to printer malfunctions

Staff will be available for on-site or virtual support:

  • Fall and Spring Semesters
  • Mon – Thur: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Fri: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sat: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Summer/Winter/Spring Breaks
  • Mon – Fri: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sat: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
