Welcome! We are excited to have you participate in the W.P. Carey Certificate in Customer Experience for Honeywell Program.
The Certificate in Customer Experience for Honeywell is comprised of four courses:
All four courses must be completed to receive the Certificate in Customer Experience.
Registration for each course is now open for Session dates in 2016. You may register for one course per session. Enrollment in two courses in the same session requires approval by your manager or the Honeywell Program contact Sonia Cyril. In addition to courses currently available, course sessions will be offered throughout 2017 – see Course Session Calendars for detailed information.
Each course will take approximately 6-10 hours of work over the four week session in which you enroll – see course schedules for specific beginning and ending dates.
Please note that registration and course enrollment are separate processes. Once registration is complete, a confirmation message will display and you will receive an email confirming your registration. Please contact the CSL Program Coordinator if you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours.
The email will give instructions for gaining access to the course materials. The CSL will set up an account on the MyCE website for you upon enrollment. Courses will reflect on your MyCE profile and materials can be accessed after the course start date.
All eligibly registered students will receive a course enrollment notice via email 1-2 days before the course start date.
*Please check your spam/junk folder for system notification emails as they are sometimes erroneously categorized as spam/junk.
Each course will run for 4 weeks – typically beginning and ending on a Wednesday at 12pm (noon) Arizona Time. Courses will consist of the following student objectives:
A Course Lead is assigned to each course and will be available to answer questions, provide insight into the course materials, and give feedback on discussion board posts and course assignments.
Course grades will be determined as follows:
Students who successfully complete all of the course requirements including the assignments, quizzes, and required discussion board posts, will be graded with a "Passing" grade.
Students who exceed course requirements and demonstrate outstanding performance, will be graded with a "Distinction" grade. Receiving a "Completion with Distinction" is based on the Course Lead's subjective assessment of each participant's performance in the course, relative to the performance of other individuals in the class. Course Leads will consider the extent to which the individual's assignments and discussion board contributions demonstrated use of the concepts from the course and the extent to which the discussion board postings added significant value to the class learning experience.
Students who do not participate in course discussion boards, complete course quizzes and who do not fully complete the course assignments, will be graded with an "Incomplete" grade. Late work is not accepted – assignments must be submitted by the due date – contact your Course Lead with any questions regarding late work. If you receive a grade of "Incomplete" and would like more information on re-taking the course, please contact your Honeywell Program Representative.
