The W. P. Carey Certificate in Customer Experience will put you on the cutting edge of knowledge and practice in services leadership. By completing the certificate program, you will have learned what you need to know to compete effectively in the service marketplace today.
Each course in the certificate program is designed to teach a specific skill or set of practices that will lead to success for your organization, whether it be blueprinting a new service or figuring out why there seems to be a gap in quality.

How many courses must I take to earn the certificate?
The certificate program is comprised of four courses. Two required courses and your choice of two elective courses.

What is the cost of completing the certificate?
If you are working on the certificate, each course cost is $450. This is a discount of almost $100 off each regular course price. The total cost for the certificate is $1800.
How long will it take me to complete the certificate?
The courses are self paced and take between 6-10 hours each to complete. You could complete the certificate program in as little as 8 weeks, or spread it out over a few months. The amount of time it takes you to complete the certificate is determined by what works for you, your schedule, and goals.
How long do I have to complete the certificate?
The certificate must be completed within one year of starting the courses. The 12 months begins upon your enrollment in the first of the four courses.
