Undergraduate employment data

W. P. Carey School of Business graduates and interns are highly sought after by regional, national and international corporations. Because of the caliber of the students, more than 400 companies recruit business students annually for internships and full-time positions.

The vibrant Phoenix economy is itself yet another advantage, offering students far more internships and part-time and/or pre-professional jobs than other locations. Many students are already employed in the jobs they plan to keep, even before they graduate.

The most recent complete yearly employment survey, conducted for the 2015-16 academic year, reported a mean base salary of $49,078 for W. P. Carey graduates, as well as an average hourly internship wage of $15 for current business students, depending on their major.
