Biography

Antony Peloso is a clinical associate professor of Marketing. He joined the W. P. Carey School of Business as a clinical assistant professor of marketing in 2004.

Professor Peloso's research interests focus on services marketing and organizational strategy, including the relationships between organizational leaders, service employees, and ultimately long-term customer and organizational outcomes.

As well as his intense teaching portfolio, Professor Peloso is involved in service and employee performance transform efforts in diverse sectors such as defence, defence procurement, the public sector, resources, retail, and transport. He also acts as an executive coach, working with senior leaders. His expertise in this domain includes applying design thinking principles to strategy development and implementation, social network mapping techniques to surface and enhance capability development, and processes to build overall organizational excellence.

Research Activity

"Leadership Drivers of Employee and Customer Loyalty,"

Using a large data set (employee n=11,550, customer n=55,000), we focus on leader-driven variables that influence both employee outcomes that positively impact customers, and customer outcomes that lead to long term organizational success.
