Biography

Jody Pokorski is a partner at the law firm of Snell and Wilmer with over 30 years of transactional real estate experience on a wide variety of projects including master planned communities, office and industrial developments, multifamily projects, hotels and resorts, medical and higher education and large mixed use developments.  Ms. Pokorski’s clients include national and local developers and homebuilders, public entities and investors.  Her work for these clients includes advising on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development and redevelopment, and financing.  Ms. Pokorski has been an adjunct professor in the Masters in Real Estate Development program at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University since 2011.
