FASB rule change

What is it? What does it mean for your business?

A big change is coming and it could have a significant financial impact on the way leases are structured. The Center for Real Estate Theory and Practice is holding a seminar for real estate professionals valley wide. Learn the intended and unintended consequences of FABS 13, and how it will change lease negotiations starting this fall.

The event is approved for three hours ADRE Legal Issues real estate credit.
