Top executives from Starbucks, McKesson, Blue Nile, LifeLock and the Federal Reserve are among those headlining the new season of the Economic Club of Phoenix (ECP) speaker series. Hosted by Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, ECP brings together business, labor, academia and the public sector to examine current economic issues and discuss implications for the future.
“The Economic Club of Phoenix has been at the intersection of knowledge and networking for Valley business leaders for the past 30 years,” said Amy Hillman, dean of the ASU W. P. Carey School of Business. “By bringing in executives of major corporations from across the nation to speak about their experience and insights, we strengthen the local business environment and economy.”
In addition to the featured guest speaker, each event opens with the Economic Minute where respected W. P. Carey researchers and faculty report on trends and policy that shape our local, national and international economy.
