Successful business leaders share the common challenge of overcoming geographic and cultural distances while building and leading agile multicultural teams. While advancements in technology and communications have indeed made this easier, formidable cultural barriers still exist and continue to challenge leaders, even those with proven track records within their own cultural contexts. This workshop on Cross-Cultural Dynamics will combine participants' experiences with theoretical frameworks and models in an interactive learning environment to reach the outlined objectives.
