Learn how to listen to customers and what to listen for. Do you have a reliable mechanism for gauging customer satisfaction and detecting problems in a timely manner? Do you have a plan of attack to gather information regarding issues and opportunities that are important to the customer? This session will consider how to apply techniques including depth interviews, focus groups and surveys. Emphasis will also be placed on understanding procedures that ensure that the research is likely to produce valuable insights regarding customer demand.
