This is a one-day workshop delivered by CSL faculty network member and professor Nancy Stephens, where you will learn the groundbreaking Service Blueprinting technique. This technique allows you to clearly visualize your organization's specific service processes and delivery from the customer's point of view. The uniqueness of Service Blueprinting is the unrelenting focus on the customer as the center and foundation of your business. You will develop and create a blueprint based on a real service process within your organization.
