Master’s internships

Accountancy students interested in the W. P. Carey Master of Accountancy (MACC) or Master of Taxation (MTax) may earn six academic credit hours for a full-time (40+ hours/week), paid internship in spring session A of their senior year by participating in the Winter Bridge Internship Program. To qualify for the program, the following criteria must be met:

  • Be an ASU undergraduate BS Accountancy major on track to graduate in the spring semester or the following summer.
  • Complete an application to the MACC or MTax program during the fall semester of their senior year. Click here to apply.
  • Have earned a 3.5 cumulative GPA and a 3.5 major GPA.
  • Find an accountancy internship. Participating employers post their positions on Handshake and interview students in September/October during the School of Accountancy Interview Week.
  • Follow the internship track noted at the bottom of the accountancy major map.
  • Send an email to by the first semester of your senior year to confirm your eligibility and for assistance registering for the Accountancy internship course (ACC 484) for spring session A to earn credit for your internship.
