If you have received your Letter of Admittance and a paper Certificate of Acceptance, please click the link below under "Accessing the Form:" and fill out the form signifying your strong interest in attending the W. P. Carey School of Business. If you complete this web-based form, you do not need to submit the paper version. If you have not received those documents listed above from the W. P. Carey School of Business, please do not fill out the forms. They will be of no use and discarded. If you have not received a Letter of Admittance and a paper Certificate of Acceptance from the W. P. Carey School of Business and it has been at least 4 weeks since you were notified in the mail of your general university admission to ASU and the W. P.
