Finance Major RequirementsThe study of finance prepares students to understand the financial implications inherent in virtually all business decisions. Students majoring in Finance are prepared for entry-level careers in corporate financial management, investment banking, consulting, depository institutions, portfolio analysis, investment management, and financial services. The finance curriculum emphasizes corporate investment and financial policy, financial markets, valuation of financial and real assets, and efficient allocation of resources. The following is in effect for catalog years 2008-09 and 2007-08 (retroactive) for Finance degree critical tracking requirements:

Students who have not met this requirement are prevented from further registration. Your advisor will review your degree audit and assist you with your Declaration of Graduation.
