Residential Community
The W. P. Carey School of Business Residential Community at the Hassayampa Academic Village provides business students with an opportunity to interact with their peers, staff and faculty in an engaging learning environment. Students will feel connected to their academic home at the W. P. Carey School of Business through planned activities and group experiences.
Mission Statement
The W. P. Carey School of Business Residential Community at the Hassayampa Academic Village will provide a place for students to expand their knowledge of the principles of business, and grow intellectually and socially at Arizona State University while learning to navigate an increasingly complex and diverse society.Students, faculty, staff and administrators will work together to create an inclusive and supportive environment that promotes these goals.
Location
The Hassayampa Academic Village is a located at the corner of McAllister and Apache, only a block away from the W. P. Carey School of Business complex. The W. P. Carey Residential Community is located in the Jojoba Building of the Hassayampa Academic Village. The proximity between the buildings will provide our students with full access to all the W. P. Carey School has to offer, including academic advising services, lecture series events and business student organizations.
Requirements
Students who live in the W. P. Carey School of Business Residential Community must have been admitted to Arizona State University as a W. P. Carey business major, must attend an Arizona State University Orientation Program, must enroll in a W. P. Carey Academic Cohort and must attend Camp Carey - a first-year student retreat. All members of our community are expected to participate in the wide variety of activities and events offered for the Residential Community.
