The W. P. Carey School of Business provides a variety of engaging and interesting activities throughout the year.  We encourage our students to take advantage of all opportunities to continue to develop their leadership and professional skills.

Some of the annual traditions and activities include:

Fall Welcome
Fall Welcome offers first-year students the opportunity to get acquainted with the ASU campus, learn ASU and W. P. Carey traditions and become familiar with the school’s services and resources. At Fall Welcome students and their families interact with one another and meet W. P. Carey faculty and staff by taking advantage of the day’s many activities. Fall Welcome consists of programs for new students, family members and guests.

Camp Carey
Camp Carey is an intensive and exciting weekend retreat for incoming W. P. Carey freshmen held in northern Arizona at the beginning of the fall semester. It gives students the opportunity to connect with fellow students, faculty, staff and alumni through a variety of interactive and fun activities.

Involvement Weeknew window
This is an opportunity for all undergraduate business organizations to create awareness about their organization and recruit new members.  The event is held during the second week of each semester (fall & spring) on the Dean’s Patio where all students can easily see, interact, and participate in Involvement Week.
