Transfer Orientation

To help you get registered for your first semester as a student of the W. P. Carey School of Business, we invite you to register for a W. P. Carey Transfer Orientation.These sessions are held in-person within the Undergraduate Programs Office on ASU’s Tempe campus and last approximately 2 hours. During the orientation, you will learn more about the policies and procedures of ASU and the wealth of resources available to you as a W. P. Carey student. In addition, you will have an individual meeting with an academic advisor to help you select the courses for your first semester at ASU.

Register for a Transfer Orientation session

Prior to attending orientation, there are a few tasks to complete to make your registration process run as smoothly as possible:

• Submit proof of the Measles vaccine (MMR) immunization
  This verification must be submitted before you are able to register for classes.
• Gather syllabi or course descriptions for transfer business courses taken out-of-state
  Bringing these to orientation will help us evaluate your transfer credits.
• Activate your ASURITE ID and set up your ASU e-mail.
  All official communication from the University and the W. P. Carey School of Business will be sent to your ASU e-mail address.

Transfer Course Evaluation

If you are transferring out-of-state coursework, please submit an online transfer credit evaluation request. You will be notified, via e-mail, once the evaluation is complete and ready for your review. During your Transfer Orientation, your advisor will help you understand how your transfer coursework meets ASU graduation requirements.
