Probation and Disqualification Information

Policies and procedures for probationary or disqualified students.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Download and read through the Probation and Disqualification Information packet . You are responsible for all the information contained therein.
2. Complete the Online Probation Assignment. You may view a printed version of this assignment on page 13 of the Probation and Disqualification Information packet.
3. Print out the Academic Planning Worksheet and schedule an appointment with your academic advisor.
   
4. Meet with your Academic Advisor in the W. P. Carey School of Business to review your academic status, help complete your Academic Planning Worksheet, answer any questions, and remove the registration hold on your account.
5. Attend a Probation Workshop in September 2009. Your advisor will discuss workshop topics at the advising appointment and reminders will be sent via email at the start of the fall semester.
