Overload Petition

W. P. Carey students are allowed to enroll in up to 18 credit hours.  In certain circumstances, we will consider granting an overload to allow students to enroll in over 18 credit hours.

If you are interested in taking 19-21 credit hours in a regular semester and have an ASU Cumulative GPA of a 3.00 or higher, please go to Advising S.O.S. to submit the request under the Enrollment topic.

If you are interested in taking 22 or more credit hours in a regular semester, please complete the Overload Petition Form [Word Doc].  Typically it takes one week to receive an outcome for an Overload petition.
