TechnologyProgram DescriptionThe Bachelor of Arts in business with a concentration in technology is designed to help you explore and analyze the relationship between business and technology. You will be uniquely positioned to apply technology in business practices and processes. There are three areas of focus within the technology concentration:
Learn concepts and skills within your focus area to start or maintain successful business processes, specifically with regard to implementing new technologies in the social entrepreneurship and digital spheres. Along with core W. P. Carey business courses, you can choose electives such as Innovation and Creativity, Computer Graphics Modeling, and Digital Publishing. Technology courses are offered in conjunction with the College of Technology and Innovation at the ASU Polytechnic campus, an academic unit devoted to applied innovation and immersive learning. Career OpportunitiesCompleting a Bachelor of Arts in business with a concentration in technology will deliver a solid background in business to technology companies as well as the technological skills necessary to apply your skills in a variety of industries. Career opportunities include many options within the start-up, corporate, and non-profit world, specifically business and non-profit management, product development and marketing, and consulting.
