Undergraduate Program

Supply Chain Management

Program Description

An efficient supply chain management system – making sure the supply of goods and services flowing through the system closely matches the demand – is critical to the success of global corporations such as Toyota, Raytheon, Intel and Samsung, as well as retail giant Wal-Mart.

Supply chain professionals manage, coordinate, manufacture and transport products from raw materials to the finished goods sitting on your local store shelf (or online retailer). It is a key reason that you can buy an ever-increasing variety of goods and services at remarkably low prices.

At W. P. Carey, you study with top-notch faculty members in one of the world’s highest ranked supply chain management programs. And after graduation, you can expect to be aggressively recruited by national and international firms.

Career Opportunities

Our graduates are recruited by firms from around the world and in all sectors of the economy, including public and private, manufacturing, service, health care and retail. Among the positions our graduates have accepted are buyer/planner, production scheduler, quality control specialist, internet marketing analyst, inventory specialist, operations planner/analyst, materials manager, commodity manager, distribution manager, production line manager and product forecaster.
